With this off the shoulder trend now taking a back seat, I decided to give it one more go. When trends are at their time’s end, it is my favorite time to try and make them new. I had usually worn this top in particular with jeans or cropped flair pants.

Though overalls have been around for a while, I hadn’t tried them until recently (especially with an off-the-shoulder top). I was never a fan of the classic denim breast pocketed overalls, so when I saw this design come out I got excited. The push to buy these was when I saw my favorite blogger, Danielle Bernstein of WeWoreWhat, come out with her own overall line. She had new materials, beautiful silhouettes, and versatile styles that you could wear a thousand times over and never get bored of. The line is called Second Skin Overalls. An overall look that she wears a lot is with a graphic oversized hoodie, large aviator sunglasses, and booties. I wear that a lot with these too.
